We Are Leeds

Worked my testicles off this week but it's all worth it as I've got three days holiday now which was planned in advance for the NFL Play-Off games. Much more on those, as well as my views on the increasingly despicable BDO darts scene, and Masters Snooker to come tomorrow.

Nothing quite leaps out on the Soccerball this weekend. In the old days I'd happily have had three bags on Manchester United to win £500, but completely swerving the top division and just having a very small single on Leeds to beat Crystal Palace at 9/5 with Blue Square.

I don't mind at all if this bet goes down. I've had one bet all week and that was a Palace/Tony O'Shea double on Tuesday night which paid a touch over 4/1, so the Eagles are in my good books.

But after their previous Carling Cup heroics at Old Trafford, they could only manage a 1-1 draw at home to Derby, and with Leeds bouncing back from their recent slump and looking to get back in the playoff picture, the odds of an away win are fair enough.
